Anu is a Clinical Nutritionist, Diabetes Educator and Certified Yoga Teacher.
She is double post graduate, did M.Pharm(Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Guru Nanak Dev University and M.Sc(Clinical Nutrition) from Symbiosis University, Pune.
She is a “Silver Medalist” in Graduation and “Gold Medalist” in her Post Graduation (M.Sc.). She is a PhD scholar at Symbiosis International University and is currently working on Diabetes.
She has successfully reverse the diabetes of many people and believes that solution to lifestyle disorder like Diabetes, Hypertension, NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver), PCOS/PCOD lies in correction of lifestyle only which comes with healthy eating habits and proper exercise.
She does not believe in giving FAD Diets but eating wholesome healthy and balanced diet. Her philosophy of believing in personalized nutrition with no use of meal replacement and minimum supplement make her unique and easily adaptable.

A great professional knows what they are doing and when they know -it works. I visited Anu Madam via reference from my doctor. She understood my case history well and recommended me diet plan. In between our journey i had some sickness and she was flexible to change the plan accordingly. She always will follow-up, be open to any kind of questions and always available. The things she recommends are easily available and considers items which we have used from ancient times. No fancy things but ancient wisdom reinvented. I had been struggling with stomach issues for almost 3 months when I contacted Anu. Had already tried 3 different doctors and 5 prescriptions and everything just seemed to provide temporary relief.
